August Qualifier – all you need to know

The August Qualifier, another chance to qualify for the British Figure Skating Championships, takes place next week on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th. The packed timetable will feature Advanced Novice, Junior and Senior Singles skaters as well as all levels of Ice Dance and Pairs.

Here’s all you need to know about the competition taking place at iceSheffield.

The two-day event opens with the Advanced Novice Pairs Short Programme at 09:10, followed by the Advanced Novice Girls Short Programme. You can find the full published timetable by clicking here.

Some highlights are set to include the Senior Men’s category, with Henry Privett-Mendoza Ken Fitterer and Elliott Thompson all set to feature. The biggest category of the event is the Junior Women, 29 skaters will compete across the two days.
