Key Dates

Friday 22 September:

Deadline for submission of members' proposals.

Friday 27 October:

Deadline for submission of applications for Board and TAC vacancies.

Wednesday 1 November:

Publication of the full agenda for the 2023 AGM as well as candidate information for Board and TAC elections.

Friday 3 November:

Voting opens in Board/TAC elections.

Friday 24 November:

Deadline for postal vote forms to be received for Board/TAC elections (proxy votes may be submitted up until November 29th).

Saturday 2 December:

AGM will be held at 10:30 in the Glacier Suite at Ice Sheffield - members can attend in person or online via Zoom.
